General Questions

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Most orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days. Most in – stock items will arrive within 7 – 14 business days. To ensure a speedy delivery, include your daytime phone number when ordering.

How are products shipped?

All products are shipped via ground delivery and packaged to prevent any breakage.

Can I order from outside the US?

As of March 2020, we no longer ship outside of the US.

Will you deliver to my P.O. Box?

A street address is required


Can I ship fragrances outside of the US?

Orders including fragrances are only shipped via ground delivery services and cannot be sipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Catalina Island, International Destinations. Fragrances are not returnable and not refundable.


How do I return an unopened product?

If you need to return merchandise, please call us at  707-789-0168 or email us at info@florenciabeauty.com. Once we approve your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. You may then send us the unopened and unused merchandise along with your Return Authorization Number.

Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit the original credit card used for purchase.

Shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to a Florencia Beauty error.

Please do not use US Mail to send back fragrances, they will not ship hazardous materials and by using UPS or FedEx you are able to track the shipment.  

I decided I don't like the product I ordered. Can I exchange it for something else?

Only unopened products may be returned or exchanged.

Can I test a product before placing an order

YES! We do understand that it is not easy to make choice over internet. We do offer free consultation over the phone and, whenever possible, our shipments include a sample that should be used before you open the product (Exemption applies, as some products are not available as samples)

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately and we will send replacements or issue a credit. Please have your order number ready. Broken, damaged or shortage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly. All packing materials must be saved.

What happens if I'm not home when my order arrives?

Returns due to customer absence (if signature required)  or refusal of deliver are subject to 25% restocking fee. 

How long do I have to return an unopened product?

Refunds (less shipping) are accepted within 15 days of purchase and must include a copy of the invoice.
