Most orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days. Most in – stock items will arrive within 7 – 10 working days. A street address is required. Include your daytime phone number when ordering. Fragrances shipped by ground delivery services only and cannot be sipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Catalina Island, International Destinations. All sales are FINAL. International shipments of skin care products - recipient is responsible for all custom taxes and VAT.
If your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately and we will send replacements or issue a credit. Please have your order number ready. Claims and shortages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. All packing materials must be saved. Returns due to customer absence or refusal are subject to 25% restocking fee.
Returns for credit (less shipping) are accepted within 15 days of purchase and must include a copy of the invoice.
We do understand that it is not easy to make choice over internet. We do offer free consultation over the phone and we do offer samples of our beauty products.
WITHOUT EXCEPTION, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON USED OR OPENED ITEMS.
If you need to return merchandise, please call us at 707-789-0168 or email us at email@example.com explaining what items you would like to return. Once we approve your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. You may then send us the unopened and unused merchandise along with your Return Authorization Number. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit the original credit card used for purchase. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to a Florencia Beauty error. Please do not use US Mail to send back fragrances, they will not ship hazardous materials and by using UPS or FedEx you are able to track the shipment.
